These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of JetJustice's flight compensation claim services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Our Services
JetJustice provides legal representation and assistance for flight compensation claims under EU Regulation 261/2004, UK Denied Boarding Regulations, and other applicable international aviation laws.
2. No Win, No Fee Agreement
Our services are provided on a "No Win, No Fee" basis. This means:
- You will not be charged any upfront fees
- We only receive payment if your claim is successful
- Our fee is typically 25% of the compensation recovered (plus VAT)
- If your claim is unsuccessful, you pay nothing
3. Client Responsibilities
As our client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your flight disruption
- Supply all necessary documentation (boarding passes, tickets, etc.)
- Respond promptly to our requests for information
- Not pursue the same claim through other legal representatives
4. Our Responsibilities
We will:
- Handle all correspondence with the airline
- Prepare and submit your claim
- Negotiate on your behalf
- Keep you informed of progress
- Pursue legal action if necessary
5. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount of compensation recovered. We cannot guarantee the success of any claim, as this depends on various factors including the specific circumstances of your flight disruption.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. If you terminate after we have commenced work, you may be liable for reasonable costs incurred.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
